Our reflexology massage is designed to stimulate the reflex points of the feet, which correspond to specific organs and systems in the body. This massage can help improve circulation, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.

During this type of massage therapy, the therapist will place hot stones along the spine, palms, legs, abdomen, or feet. It will take some time for the heat to penetrate the towel, giving the client time to determine whether the stones are too hot.   The basalt stones are heated between 130 and 145 degrees, depending on where they are placed on the body. 

Benefits of a hot stone massage include improved blood circulation and energy flow, release of toxins from the body, better sleep and more!

Lomi Lomi  is a traditional Hawaiian massage that uses long, fluid strokes to release tension and promote relaxation throughout the body.   It is performed by mostly using the forearms, but can also be done using the hands and elbows. The strokes are usually directed towards the heart, and are aimed at being both gentle and invigorating. During a session,  we use coconut oil, almond oil or an oil-based lotion to help reduce friction.
